The economic and human costs of the COVID-19 pandemic are evident across the globe. Yet, some costs are more visible than others. According to the CDC, youth have experienced a more significant emotional impact, compared to other age groups, with reports that one in four young adults has experienced suicidal thoughts since the start of the pandemic.
